I woke up at 8:30am which is surprising because I usually wake up after 11am most days. I am trying to get into a better sleep pattern before classes start up again. Does anyone have any tips? I seem to be unable to sleep until really late which makes me really tired in the morning.

Well what I do is go to bed around 9 PM, and I usually fall asleep around 9:30 PM and then I have my alarm clock set to wake me up at 6:00 AM. |

Well, oops. I didn't wake up in the morning seeming as I woke up about 1:30PM today. I didn't get to sleep until around 5-6AM.

I stayed up till like 3AM for some reason so I didn't wake up till 11...
I normally can't sleep past 9 without feeling like I've wasted my day.

I stayed up until 2 AM I think that's what it was. But I had to wake up this morning at 6 AM then went back to sleep with my little bro because I baby sit him he is 5 years old. Then I woke up again at 9:30 AM. |

Nope your right not morning time, but it was morning time for you because that's when you woke up . Exactly and I did exactly the same again, didn't get out of my bed until 2PM. Oh how I love having absolutely nothing to do on my summer break. |

my day is always the same,call it being a conditioned ole fart..day starts 5am-bed by 11-12...i do take my "couch days" when its snowing and blowing as i know i will be out plowing when its over.
