Often, companies and website offer free e-books to sign up to their newsletter. We often accept the offer and join the mailing list and start receiving newsletter from that company.
Do you read these e-books emailed to you after subscription? Do you even download them when the link is emailed to you?

No I don't read any emails or anything I receive unless it is something important like I know I am going to receive. Say it's something that has to do with a paypal payment or something. I may scan over it, but not to very often.

I was thinking about that! If we will not read the folow up email sent by the website, why their message attracted us to signup to their mailing list! Human are so complex.

I don't even open those Emails. Most of such emails are filled with affiliate links.
